Update - managed to run memtest for several hours, no problems found, replaced thermal paste on cpu heatsink, cleaned all fans, changed graphics card, all to no avail, it's still happening.
Only spare power supply i have has 24 pin connector and mobo needs 20 pin so i haven't tried that yet.0 -
errmmmm .... looks like motherboard/cpu/psu are left. Oh the hard drive could be a problem (small chance only IMO). Run a HDD utility like scandisk or chkdisc in windows command line (look up how to do this as it has been eons since I last did it to my system.)
My only other suggestion possibly if you cannot locate/get hold of spare parts is to take your PC to a local friendly pc shop if you have one.
I am out of ideas now.....
