Ryanair credit card

I rather like Ryanair and as long as you know the rules re admin fees etc it can provide cheap flights but you must know the rules!
So when I received an advert re their credit card offering up to 5 free flights I decided to research this offer, and find out the rules: I actually read their T&C. The T&C say that certain routes are not covered by the offer and there are blackout days.
OK I thought - which routes and what blackout days? These are not evident (to me) on the website so I decided to use the phone number to enquire (I don't want free flights on routes I won't use) but that was of no use because you need to enter your card number before progressing. So I couldn't find out if the offer was any good for me - end of trail.
If anybody finds out the info I need please let me know.

i bet when you put in your card number, they charge you an 'information' fee. Followed by a call connection fee, call duration fee and call termination fee.
    Probably not worth it.

Disregard post #2. I think it was an attempt at humour.

The Ryanair credit card is not issued by Ryanair but by Santander Cards. Not a good sign given Santander's poor customer service record perhaps. They are successors to GE Money who formerly issued the card.

I'm sure you have looked at this page showing the terms and conditions. See especially points 15, 17, 18 and 19. http://www.ryanaircreditcard.co.uk/en/faq.html

These pages - http://www.ryanair.com/GE/?banner=276&gemid1=276 and http://www.ryanaircreditcard.co.uk/en/flights.html - linked from GE Money so perhaps not up to date - give a flavour of the hoops you have to jump through.

Note in particular that you need to call an expensive 0871 number to redeem. The alternative number offered by saynoto0870.com goes to Santander Cards, so presumably is for account enquiries. For me, calling an 0871 number is out of the question. If Ryanair won't give you the information you need, I wouldn't bother.

Ryanair credit cards were previously offered by MBNA. I had one long enough to redeem a ticket to Bordeaux. After that, it wasn't attractive any more, so I cancelled it.
