You have 45 days from the payment date, so you have a while yet. Have you contacted the seller to ask them to confirm when it was posted?

    You have 45 days.

I buy lots and lots from the Far east and delivery currently seems slow. I usualy send an email on day 22-25 asking when item was posted. Then on the tate occasion I have not received my item by day 35 (ish) I open a claim.

My problem always is that I buy a lot of identical items from different sellers and it does not appear in the right order and it never has a user name in it. So if I have bought 2 widget A's I have to ask the sellers what address is stamped on the back of the envelope so I can leave feedback as on occasions an item will arrive in 7-10 days when I am stillw aiting for other items for over a month.

There are rumours of backlogs at Coventry customs due to more than a normal number of deliveries being checked with people reporting unusually long delays. Perhaps this has affected yours OP.

The title of the linked forum thread is rather over-dramatic but the thread discusses said delays.
