Hi,
Need urgent advice..
I own a small business and hired 2 sales agent 1month back from a company named silver servers ltd. www.silverserversgroup.com Made payment using my HSBC Credit card giving them the details. However during the last 1 month they have made 3 more unauthorised deductions from my card costing me a total of over1000.They initially agreed that it was a mistake and refund me one payment however now they are showing reluctance and not refunding me the remaining money which is still 1000.Bank says by giving the card details,we authorize the company to use your card so they can't do anything.
I dont know what to do now and how can I get my money back? Can anybody please direct me in right direction
Many thanks

Do you have anything in writing that would support a chargeback claim? I.e a breakdown of when and how this would be charged to you? Have you proof that they agreed that the initial charge was an error? Might be worth getting a solicitor' letter out to them with a promise of further action.0
