Free Gift Fob Off From Bonprix

I placed an order at the beginning of May with Bonprix ordered hubby a jumper which said would come with free canvas bag which looked really nice. Jumper arrived within a few days but no bag! So I emailed and was told they were waiting on more stock arriving I'd get it at a later date. So I waited and waited and today emailed them the reply I got "When looking into your account, we are unable to see that you added the item number to your order ( not true ). Unfortunately we are unable to add free gifts to orders at a later date". I know it's free but it's the principal that's annoying me they have went back on their word.

Has this happened to anyone else? I had read alot of bad press about them things far far worse than this .:beer:
