when you drive 25 miles into your nearest large town and pay car park charges rather than pay postage fees for an item you can buy online.

The item isnt in stock and you cant reserve it so you drive back a couple of days later. still isnt in stock, so you drive in again 3 days later.

When you get annoyed when something you have bought is on offer a few days later and consider taking it back, getting a refund then buying at the reduced price.

When you get annoyed with yourself because you haven't been on any CT sites for days like now

(Washing up bottle thought it was empty last week, how wrong, it's still going!!)

When you park as far away from the tescos entrance as you can so you can check every trolley park and hedge row for womble clubcard points.

When the first thing you do each morning even before showering is put on your computer to make sure it's fully loaded for when you get out of the shower!

When all you friends know that when they say where did you find that out your answer will always be "MSE" and better still your friends know what it stands for!

When you proudly announce to your frugle Dad that using 1/2 a dishwasher tablet really works, he tries it and agrees!

When you are constantly emailing the MSE link to collegues, friends etc because you've been raving about the site - again.

When you take extreme delight in spending the free vouchers you have gathered from posts from this site.

* the first thing you do when you go to visit family is check they have internet access or find out where the nearest library is so that you don't miss out on a couple of days of clickthroughs/surveys/DFW gossip!

When you secretly have a smug look when you see people buying tons of cleaning products instead of stardrops.

When the whole day shopping is engineered around a visit to 'Home Bargains' and anywhere where a great deal from the shop but don't drop and grabbit boards has been posted.

When you go to the cinema and look for a sign that alerts you to another MSE'r and the urge to shout out 'anyone here from MSE', becomes uncontrollable.


When you hear of a bargain/freebie and want to post about it as soon a s possible.


When you buy a bargain/act on a tip etc and then obsessively still keep reading the thread although its not necessary.
