Movie Poster Tips

Do any MSE members have any experiences of trying to get movie posters from cinemas after they have been finished with? What about directly from the studios themselves? Would they charge for them do you think, or offer them willy nilly (:think:)

Are there any scams I could use to obtain them from the companies do you think by saying I represent a cinema or something?

I'm just looking for tactics I could employ to sweet talk my way to obtaining one from the cinema or movie company direct, but not sure how willing they are to provide them Free of Charge!!

Our local Showcase Cinema sells them all off including the huge 6 foot + sized ones and gives the money to Charity. I believe the price they are sold for depends on the size of the poster and whether its a blockbuster or not.

I pretty much believe that that is the only way you can get them. Unless you are an employee and then I imagine there is the odd one or two that go walkabout.
