Hello Everyone

Ive just found out my husband has been posted to Las Vegas:j. Were off in Sept:eek:. It will be my husband, me, DS 10 and DD 8. Dont know where to start.

Any and all advice welcome.

-Removal Overseas, Removal into Storage, Family Medicals, Family Visa's etc.


DSCOM usually provide all the paperwork for the Medicals & the Visa. The Removal Overseas & Removal Storage paperwork is completed by yourselves. Sooner than later as the allowance isnt that big, to decide on what to take.

The USA is 120v, so start looking at the electrical appliances for the ones that have 110-240v on the back of it. These should be compatable to take, unless you have a 110v to 240v convertor fitted. Unsure on the costs of these.

Vegas? My DH was in the Navy and he only ever got drafted to Plymouth and Portsmouth with no hope for anywhere else - I am SOOOO jealous lol! I take it he's in the Army or RAF?
