Hello!
I've recently left my job that had a company pension and the company is being less than helpful in advising me my options in terms of transferring the pension.can anyone point me in the correct direction-I appreciate more details will be needed from me for any real help, but let me know what is needed and I will happily provide them!
Thanks in advance

It's unlikely that the company has the skills needed to be able to advise you about your pension - that's Independent Financial Adviser territory.
Do you have to move it, or is it an option to leave it where it is?
Is it a final salary or a money purchase scheme? Do you know its rough value?
You might get more useful responses if you post over on the pensions board.0 -
I would have thought you need to contact the Pension Fund trustees for the scheme you were in.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

normally, when you leave a co scheme you get a letter telling you what your options are.
if you have a new job you could therefore transfer these to a new scheme, or leave them where you are. But you need to ask the pension co or expect that letter in next few weeks then take it from there0
