HFC ppi reclaiming

I made a claim using the site template which I know HFC received on the 6th June.
As yet there has been no communication from the bank whatsoever. Does anybody know what is a reasonable amount of time to allow for a response, or should I get in touch with HFC again ?

Hiya
Did you send them a reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below?
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#step3
They also have details on their website to what I know of and share the same chief executive email as HSBC.
And also to say the template letter to make a reclaim on the ppi, this was replaced with the reclaim questionnaire, you complete and send to their complaints dept, and allow 8 weeks for a decision.
If you also requested for a copy of the loan agreement/t&c's, this is optional if you do not have anything to go by, this is the one that takes 12 days with an enclosed payment of £1 cheque or postal order as shown on step 2.
More on HFC website.

I understand the email is an HSBC one as below.

Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
