Help, I cant log into natwest online banking

Hi,, can anybody help, for over a week now, i have not been able to get into my online banking with natwest, when i try i all i get is redirected to a page displaying this message:-

If you have received this message:-
After using the back button, or you have a third party tool bar installed, please try shutting down and restarting the browser.

If, however, you have received this message after:-
  • selecting a link in an email sent to you
  • or following a page that has asked you for your full PIN and Password,
Please call the NatWest online banking Helpdesk on 0845 605 0789 (+ 44 8702 430 464 if dialling from overseas), quoting reference FR8592. Lines are open 24 hours a day.
Remember that we will never ask you to supply your complete PIN and Password in order to access our online banking service - we only ever ask you for parts of your PIN and Password.




I dont know why as i never use the navigation buttons on my browser whilst attempting to use online banking, and i certainly dont try to enter online banking through a link in a email etc, I use the same page, do everything exactly as i have for the last couple of years, except for some reason the last week or so, it has not let me log on, just put this page up after i have entered my security details.

At first i thought it could be something to do with my pc, but alas no, as i have a laptop that i very rarely use, not used it in well over 6 months, so uses a different browser to the current one on the pc, and yet when i tried to go into my online banking today on it, it just directed me to the same page my pc does, has anybody got any ideas whats going on, anybody else having this trouble?

EDIT: I have tried using internet explorer/safari/firefox, and all 3 browsers gave exact the same result

    I have just reset my homehub, and that seems to have done the trick, strange as i have done that before, and it did not make any difference
