im in the process of getting my house on the market, does anyone know what fees daniel & hulme charge? i know its usually 1-3% but be nice to know for sure.

i also have butters john bee, keates, louis taylor & bury & hilton if anyone knows what they charge off the top of your head?

These are obviously firms local to you, so....
Ask them to your home for a valuation / fee quote?
Phone/e-mail them to ask them?
Walk into their offices and ask them?0 -
i would never pay more than 1.5%.thats well reward for what they do..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
also remember these fees are usually negotiable & they will often match each other so if you like one, but another does a better % let the first one know that you prefer them but would only go with them if they lower their %0

dont know whether they have different rates for different areas of SOT/house size
