Vent: Santander (a common one I know)

Grrrr had to have a bit of a vent about Santander. I got tempted by the cashback offer. Got about £150 in total and so I switched.
Been a bit of a nightmare since I moved, several times locked out of my online banking including a 6week period with no access, possible details stolen, constant marketing calls even though I opted out. Supposed faster payments taking a week to get to the receiver which resulted in a fee for the other person (money was to cover a DD but wasnt there in time) I then had to pay that fee for them. And money taking 9 days to come out for debit card transactions. I received an email the other day saying thank you for applying for our e-saver ( don't remember doing this) but they got my name wrong, only slightly, my middle name became my last name.
Then today I received a letter becuase the email they sent I never got...hmmmm yes I did...but anyway it had my name on the address section but then said a totally different name further down!! Just think they are so incompetent wish I had never been tempted by the cashback offer now. I see so much bad stuff about Santander, wish I had seen it before I moved becuase quite frankly they suck.
Wasnt much of a vent but feel better having wrote it all down

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end
