I was wondering if anyone could help, can a promoter reduce the cost of tickets days before an event and not offer a refund to those who have already purchased these tickets at full price?
Many thanks

Yes - it's called a "sale"“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
Yes they can. The tickets are theirs to sell as they please. It is entirely possible they are releasing a cheaper block of seats with restricted angles, or something.0
-
Of course they can! It means they haven't sold enough tickets and are doing what they can to get bums on seats and break even!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

supply, demand, totally allowed - its the same for lots of things such as flights and holidays...0

If they'd put the price up you wouldn't have asked if you should pay the extra!0
-
Unless they stated somewhere it's the cheapest they will ever be (which sometimes they do) they can.0
-
Were you not happy with the price you paid for the tickets when you bought them?
Of course you were otherwise you wouldn't have bought them - the cost to you hasn't changed so just enjoy the event0
