Do you mean
1. loans secured on a property or
2. loans taken out by people who live there (nut not secured) and which might show on a credit search?
If the former, obtaining copy Land Registry entries for the property (from https://www.landregistry.gov.uk - NOT the sites that appear official at the top in Google) will show you.RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -
Thanks Richard.
I mean the first point - secured loans on the property.
I am thinking about taking on my girlfriend's ex-boyfriends share of their mortgage, but am worried he has loans secured against the property0
