Is repayment cover another name for ppi?

Hi
Just a quick question, i took out a credit card with the Halifax, at the end of 2001. I never took much notice of the PPI claims going on as i never took one out and it was never mentioned. I did take out a card protection scheme with them which i payed once a year and cancelled last year. I have now noticed amongst my interest i pay each month is a "repayment cover" Is this a PPI or not?
Have sent off one of Martin's letters to get my details of when i took the card out, as i can't find them, but was just wondering if any of you knew?
I don't have very much on my card, and don't really expect to get anything back, but i would at least like to cancel it if it is.
Thanks.:T
