does that tell you how mad i am?
Big banner on the website on monday. order before 12 and you'll get delivery before Xmas. after searching for weeks for a good deal/price on something i finally found a real good deal at the link so i ordered at 10.30am monday. card was charged 2 days ago but still no dispatch. been phoning them but they can't tell me when it will be dispatched. pleaded with them to send by special delivery or some other service and i'll pay extra. they wont do that.
they admit today that even although the stock is ok and they have my money it's more then likely i wont get it in time for xmas, so why the big banner if it's all a load of bull?! free postage so i cant even ask for a refund on that. they gave me the option to cancel but theres nowhere else that had a deal that was even close to being as good. so i'll just need to wait and hope that the person whose gift it is, understands. why cant firms get their act together! :mad:
