Ok guys, you're 33km from the nearest tapwater.org source, but there might be a drinking fountain nearer. Map it!

ill just walk to the kitchen thanks, you more than likely pay for it with your council tax anyway, so why not make the most of it0

Ive bought a lifebottle from TapWater.org I used to spend £1.30 a day on bottled water - that's a saving of £40 so far this year! They are a real talking point when you hand them over in restaurants and it's pink!0

Why do some people think they have an automatic right to free water. Businesses have to pay for it. I don't see anything wrong with being charged a small fee for it.0

Almost all petrol stations have an outside water tap. Where is the problem?
Additionally, most McDonalds will give ice for free on hot days.0 -

Don't think there is a problem, the OP is merely stating that you can look on a map and find your nearest free water top up site but worth bearing in mind that:
A: A lot of petrol stations charge for it now and if they don't then they should as water is not free at home so why should it be at petrol stations
B: How do you know if it is mains water or a tank?
C: Not very hygienic when most people use it for filling up screen wash bottles so the nozzle that the water comes out could be contaminated with all sorts. The OP is 4 years old so things may have changed
