Morning all,

Me and my partner are now almost on the house ladder.. almost. we have had a offer accepted on a house and have a mortgage ready to go, only thing we need is a solicitor.

If anyone in the dudley area could recommend a solicitor they used it would be appriciated as i have no idea what to look out for i.e. what is the average cost of it.

Also as a first time buyer and my house being £183,500 i dont have to pay stamp duty do i?
