Morning! Feeling realllllly warm today (love summer, dont do heat heat :o ) and I am feeling really over stretched on the countdown to work on weds :( I really hope this sorts itself out soon!

So my list today, I have:
    • Given ds his birthday cards and pressies - all a bargain and he loves them :T
    • Breakfast from stores
    • Checked banking - got a whole 2p interest on my savings this month! Not bad I suppose as I just move the bulk of my money there and transfer over as needed
    • Walked kids to school
    • Kids took packed lunches
    • Put £4 into sealed pot and updated sig
    • Visited PB and got 20 piggypoints and entered comp
    • Flung open doors and windows to let the summer in :D
    And I will:
    • Lunch and dinner from stores
    • Stick to diet
    • Crack on with my flylady list
    • [STRIKE]Go shopping, use mysupermarket list and use £4 MOC[/STRIKE]
    • Update sig with grocery spends
    • [STRIKE]Rearrange a visit to my brothers for later in week[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Release 2 MS for today, still feel poorly and overstretched and something has to give. I dont actually make any money with this company as the 'fee' and reimbursement often dont cover what they insist I buy. And they insist I spend almost an hour in each which means its wellllllll below NMW lol.[/STRIKE]
    • Walk to collect kids from school
    • Walk DD to swimming and back
    • Get sorted for tomorrow and have general S&S before bed
    • Early night please!

    Afternoon all!!

    It is TOO hot outside!!

Hope you're all well I am having a serious NSD today as absolutely no money in at all! Payday tomorrow can't wait!

Have put washing on clothes maidens outside (no line) will be all day but refuse to use the tumble dryer!

I've also put some stuff up on netmums and gumtree for sale...I desperately need some new clothes. I buy a pair of jeans per year from Matalan and everything else in my wardrobe bar socks and underwear is over 10 years old I AM NOT KIDDING. OH is giving me some money to update some pieces for my birthday and 8th yr anniversary but even I know we can't afford loads. :(

please keep fingers crossed i can sell some of it!!!

Nothing else to report today...it's too hot for me (freakishly pale vampire skin!!)

    :)

    Hiya,

I am trying to be more positive today, although I am STILL miffed at what a rubbish weekend it was!

NTBY - Thanks for starting us off today. I hope you manage to sort things out with your ex, maybe he just wants to be friends now? Couldn't hurt to try by sending a friendly email back :) Or is he just not getting it & still asking for you back? Glad your'e still enjoying yourself out there, makes me jealous I wish I was off experiencing new things & meeting new people like that!
Rdchick - Enjoy your last proper day in Holland, make the most of it!
Arctic - :rotfl: Maybe you could very carefully rub some of that gradual tanning moisturiser into the pale bits? Or just be confident & rock the look as if it was on purpose!
Rock_cakes - Good luck tomorrow! Let us know how it goes.
Cleosmum - What job is that?? Sounds awful!
Yargo - I'm also counting down the days until my holiday...& that's not until the end of September! It'll be here before you know it :)
LGJ - If you have enough self control not to go bidding mad - why not try getting some clothes on ebay? You can get some real bargains on there, just need to know when to stop bidding!

    Today I have/will:-
    • [STRIKE]Food from stores [/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Stay in at lunch to avoid the shops[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Work out next month's "fun" budget[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Dinner from meal plan[/STRIKE]
    • Charge phone via pc
    • [STRIKE]Check online banking[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Check for surveys[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Enter comps[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Take refillable water bottle to Polenastics - already paid for via Groupon & getting a lift there[/STRIKE]
    • Swap cases for cds to send to music magpie
    • Go over wedding budget & see where I can get an extra £200 from for flowers...or pray I definitely get a bonus this year!
    • Check out flylady thread
    • [STRIKE]Do at least one thing on my ever growing "to do" list...[/STRIKE] - Did several small ones :D
    • [STRIKE]Look into returning a DVD bought as a present but she already has, oops![/STRIKE] - Will package up tomorrow

Have a great, moneysaving day everyone x

The latter is much more my style

Have just remembered that it's my mum's birthday next Monday - cue 'what to buy!' panic, followed by 'with what money?!' panic. Have I mentioned that I HATE 5-week pay months?

Oooo how do you get the discount? I went on the website but no mention of discount on there :( The cheapest I have found so far is Vauxhall at £39.95 inc VAT and going to get it done this week hopefully :D
