Difficulties requesting judgement on MCOL

Hello all,
I started a claim on Money Claim Online on 6th June and this was sent to the two defendants on 7th June. The first defendant promptly responded with their defence, however the second defendant has not yet responded.
I have been advised by the court that I am able to request judgement against the second defendant if they do not respond within the allowed time period (i.e. 5 days for the claim to be considered as served and 14 days to respond). By my calculations, they had until either 25th or 26th June to respond.
For some reason, the website is not letting me request a judgement and I keep receiving the error message "You can only request judgement by default if the required number of days have passed".
Before I telephone the court tomorrow morning, does anyone have any advice about requesting such judgements, please?
Thank you very much,
Peter.
Edit: I have just realised that this thread should have been posted within the "Consumer rights" board. Is there any chance that somebody could move this, please?

Does it state whether it's working days? I've not got to this stage with a claim, but this might explain your situation.0
