Barclay card / Citi / Cap 1

Hi all only a quick one - i too am having probs with barclay card. Bearing in mind i bank with barclays they can find all the accounts i have with barclays and b card- yet b card cannot locate anything on me from the account number i was given by online banking as well as from my name and address.
anyway after going in branch AGAIN the lady i spoke to decided to give them a call to find out whats happening re my SAR - she had no idea what it was until i went into detail. She then decided to give their data protection team a call to be told they are processing my request.
I received a letter yesterday from barclay card unable to locate my details.
Anyway another trip back to barclays who advised me i had 4 cards with them and gave me the details this was sent AGAIN sent recorded to them.
my question(s) is
if i had pp on all 4 is it classed as 4 claims or 1 claim as the cards where probably replacement cards
update on the others.
call received re my 2 catalogues- went through the claim details with a manager.
called halifax re sar - as i have had account for so long they asked exactly what i needed - so awaiting for that to come.
no ack re complaint from Citi / Cap 1 /BHS C Card.
will see what i get the post this week.

QUICK UPDATE
BARCLAYS - called them today - they lady i spoke to was very pleasant and actually said she is happy everyone is calling for updates or else she would be out of a job.
anyway said it was with another team some work was done on there 26/8/11 but not finished - this was a loan 2003 which got paid off early. so could be positive and yes ppi was on it.0
