High staircase ladder and platform

Need to re decorate the stair case for the first time in this house. Need to find a way to get up there! Any ideas? Can you buy wide 70 cms wide ladders with a platform for stair case painting? Any ideas?

Don't feel comfortable with a standard width platform. It's the platform rather than the ladder.0 -

Re measured and the platform working height needs to be around 3 metres.
But would still like the platform to be around 7o cms wide if anyone has any ideas?0 -
