in Credit cards
I'm being lazy now as I could found out this by 'searching etc' but it'll be quicker asking the troops.
All the recent snags with I'net shopping etc has made me more wary and I think a pre-pay card will sort it.
Who is the best ?? and any pitfalls ??
Thanks

For online shopping - extreme cred or travelex cash are recommended - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/prepaid-cards#online
Main pitfall I would say is that you don't get section 75 protection as you would with a credit card.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
For online shopping why not use a credit card?
The thieving scum have stolen from the card, not you

I would thought that a pre-paid card would be more risky for online shopping. If anything goes wrong you will have lost actual money and you will be very unlikely to see it again. With a credit card you have legal protection and the money doesn't leave your account until you pay the bill.0

Credit unions do one which costs £6 for 3 years and 50p each time you top up (min £10).0
