Lost In The Post?

Sent a copy of my passport and a bank statement to Capital One last Monday, phoned up today to check they got them and they said they haven't yet.

Thinking about phoning them again Wednesday and asking...it was a First Class envelope for goodness sake..

What would you do?

    i`d have sent something as important as my passport recorded delivery

    Sorry forgot to add, it was a photocopy of my passport as they said that's OK.

    If they were only copys then I would just resend them to be honest..

    Yeah will probably do that, will give them a call after lunch tomorrow just to check one last time and then I'll pop them in the evening post.
