Claiming Charges But?

I SENT MY FIRST LETTER AND GOT A REPLY OF WE ARE SORRY YOU ARE UNHAPPY WE WILL LOOK IN TO YOUR COMPLAINT AND REPLY WITHIN FOUR WEEKS. SO I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD WAIT OR SEND MY SECOND LETTER.

AND SINCE MY FIRST LETTER WENT OUT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED A FURTHER £39 SO CAN I ADD THAT TO THE CHARGES I AM ALREADY CLAIMING OR WOULD I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW CLAIM. I DID GO IN TO ASK IF I COULD GET IT BACK AND WAS TOLD NO AS I HAD A GOODWILL REVERSAL OF CHARGES A YEAR AGO.
ANY HELP APPRECIATED:confused::confused:

    Send the second letter, and add the new charge. Send a new list of charges you are reclaiming with the new charge added to it.

  • Me Again, I Am From Scotland And As Such Allowed £750 In Small Claims Court, But Is That Before Interest Is Added Or After As My Total Claiming For Is £730 Before Interest And £849 When Its Added. So I Dont Know If Adding The New Charge Would Make It Too High For A Small Claims Case.

    It's £750 before s69 interest is added at 8%. If your total claim is £750 or less before interest then you should be fine. Court costs don't count towards the total either.
