Building Insurance

Hi there,
A number of years ago, we had to make a subsidence insurance claim. Nothing too radical, a new 4ft x4ft foot entrance porch with 6 ft. deep solid base and repair of a few cracks upstairs. All monitored, all OK.
Now, it is impossible to get alternative building insurance quotes so I am permanently stuck with the same insurance company. Mention subsidence and the doors slam shut.
Is there any way out of this dilemma?
Very grateful for any advice,
Rex
