Faulty graphics card reported after 6 weeks?

I've just had a message from someone who bought a graphics card from me on 17th May.
This what they say:
"Hello there,
Bought this item from you a few weeks ago now and when i purchased it i tried it in my computer system but unfortunately nothing appeared to work - i thought it may have been something to do witht eh compatability and my computer but i have tried it on a new power supply and nothing seems to appear was wondering if there is any way we can work around this?
Thanks"

I know this card was working fine because it came straight out of my PC, this seems a long time to wait before reporting a problem, what are my options assuming its not a simple installation problem? Will i have to refund?
I have not replied to the buyer yet.
Thanks for any input!

I think they have just got enough time to open a case, 45 days from payment. So really you will have to treat it as if they have just got it, ask them to send it back then refund.
If its in the same state just resell it.

If the buyer had posted first, most would probably tell them to open a case before the dead line just to cover themselves, so you may get one opened anyway.
