Activated new CC a few weeks ago over the phone, at the same time arranged for the DD to be set up to come out at the beginning of the month after payday.
Came home from holiday to find CC had been taken out early, so rang them up to get it sorted for next time. Without even pushing for an investigation was given £20 for the inconvenience! :money:
