reclaiming bank charges.

Hi Guys,
Got a good one for you.
I bank with Alliance and Leicester which is now Santander. I still have my old A + L account, which runs out in October.
I discovered to my horror last week that because I have an old account I am being charged through the nose for overdraft fees. Last month I paid £150 alone.
Last week I was changed £100 for fees. So I went down the bank to complain, and even they were shocked on how much I was being charged. They give me £105 back straight away, but were reluctant to state whether or not I was entitled to the £150 that they charged me last month.
The fact that they refunded £105 is an indication to me that I may be entitled to a full refund.
So am I entitled, if so, do I go back down the bank or do I phone up head office and kick up a stink.
Many Thanks
Jason

You aren't entitled to anything. They may have refunded some of your charges as a gesture of goodwill.urs sinserly,
