DIY property transfer

I am doing the conveyancing on a transfer of a property that is jointly owned by me and two family members that we want transferring to two different family members and me.
I am correct in assuming that on the TR1, transfer of whole of registered title form, I will need to cite myself as both a transferor and a transferee?
There is not a mortgage on the property and I am aware of the verification of ID rules. The transaction is not subject to stamp duty.

Yes that is correct, all current registered proprietors will need to be the Transferors named in the TR1. You +2 other family members as Transferees.0

And in case of doubt the Land Registry are very helpful with completing their forms. Call them.0
