So it sounds like you have an email signature eg.

Is this what you mean? If so, there will be an options section somewhere in the settings then look for "signature". It sounds like Virgin default this to your full name.
Or do you mean your email address is something like joe.bloggs@virginmedia.com and you dont want this visible?0 -
