Help with an expenditure form and DRO?

Hi, not sure if this is the right section but I am thinking about going for an DRO, my partner is earning 17500 a year, we get child tax credits and rent help and have 3 children, would I be eligible.

Also could someone please tell me what I can right down on an expenditure form and the maximum amounts that I would be allowed, thanks.

Post your income & expenditure form on here & people can advise u from there..............u need 2 put down your actual costs not what u believe 2 be correct that way it's easier 2 see if u would eligible.

    How much do you owe?

Do you own a car; if so, how much is it worth?

Do you have a life or funeral policy?

Have you indentified an AI to submit your DRO?

    Have you prepared a SOA?

You put on your expenditure what you actually spend :D then we or your AI can advise you.
