What's Eating My Runner Bean Leaves?!
Hello again! I've been noticing that something is munching on my runner bean leaves, so much so that some of them have dissapeared! One of the vines also looks to have been bitten off, and there's no trace of it in the pot! This seems strange to me, does anyone have any idea of what this could be? I've been snail/slug hunting and removing when I've seen them, but there haven't been many. Thanks!

Its always snails on mine - i always grow them in modules first and then transplant them to tryh to protect them at home. Having said that the darned things climbed a potting table in my garden and decided to much through about 20% of the ones that had germinated!0

Thanks, I'll go on the snail hunt again tonight! These were fine for a while, but have ust about reached the top of the 6ft canes and are now being attacked! It is very frustrating!0

Certainly slugs / snails
I find them at the top of 6 foot canes, I know they do not fly but sometimes it seems they do from where I find them
I use blue slug pellets, does the jobWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0 -

I use blue slug pellets as well, so far no problem.
I would like to know however whats eating the new leaves on my peppers. They leave the old but are definitely attracted to the new. I'm wondering whether to fleece them like with my carrots.0 -
