They can sue for a debt in the civil courts, but would have to have an extraordinary detailed evidence to win, which is why they rarely do court.
However under trespass laws, only the landowner can sue for any damages endured by the trespass. So unless the car-park was full which meant customers couldn't park the damages will likely be zero.0 -
And even if it was full, the amount would only be the profit of another carload of people which would be pretty much nothing. And good luck trying to prove that a carload of people decided to pull up, and then not come in because someone was "overstaying their welcome", despite that someone still patronising the restaurant.One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
