Have tried to follow up the offer, but always get:
"The promotion code you have entered is invalid or not available for the country you have entered "
I suppose the MAIL is unhappy with number of responses received.0 -

jeff_tower wrote: »please tell me what is wrong with the Daily Mail, what paper you read probably answers my questionThe Daily Mail is a nasty, misogynistic, racist, reactionary, patronising, small-minded, poor quality, cheap little rag of a newspaper. Same goes for the Daily Diana (Express).
Incidentally, I read a range of papers: the Guardian and the Independent, for example. I also read online worldwide news media. I form my own views and always consider the angle from which a story is told.
Daily Mail - Right Wing Tory
Guardian - Left Wing Labour/Lib Dems
If you are a reader of only one of these then your viewpoint on the other is going to be clear, because they are polar opposites in terms of newspapers.0 -

Not got a bad crossword though:D
BTW I always thought the Mail was aimed more at women than men so I don't know why you think it's misogynistic;)0 -

I think that is one of the laziest stereotypes I have ever read. In any case, I read several newspapers, not just the Guardian. But dear God, you don't have to be a lefty to find it a bit more intelligent than the DM.

LOL!!!! :rotfl: The DM is aimed at women who don't mind being patronised to within an inch of their lives. Too fat, too thin, too old, working mums = selfish b*tches, SAHMs = !!!!less spongers, childless women = irresponsible flibbertigibbets (hurry up, tick tock!). We're all absolutely useless and a disgrace really, but thank goodness for the DM and its endless diet/lifestyle sections to save us from ourselves. I could go on... :rotfl:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Any broadsheet is more intelligent than any of the tabloids, but unfortunately the masses aren't looking for intelligent news.
