might have been 1 of them questions instead, i think i chose to strongly disagree with that question as i dont feel a workplace is for relationships eg your there to do a job which your paid for.
I think that prob is where you are going wrong tbh. Asda like to think they are one big family and promote a good working environment between the staff. Putting Strongly Disagree flags you up as a non team player and not what they are after.
Its a difficult question I think. Obviously, if my colleagues were for example, racist or sexist than I wouldnt want them to be my friends. But I think that csh is correct. Its about Asda values and they have a strong 'family' ethos.
I think its crazy how people have to apply online these days for jobs
TBH I find the online applications easier. One of my friends is recruiting for a new retail outlet which is paper based and she is sifting through thousands of applications. I dont envy her!
