I spent about £100 pm on food & Cleaning/toiletries for just me. you'd make saving for buying in bulk & also as you've excluded school meals. £250 is realistic

This is a SoA for a bankruptcy not for DFW, different rules apply.

Clothing should be at the £80/90 mark. Groceries around the £300/£350 mark. Haircuts £20. Emergancy £30. Childrens Activities £5 per child per week. School meals £2 per day primary, £3 secondary.

Hmm! missed that. Has she agreed to reduce it in line with the CSA so you don't end up in even more mire?

Why should she work her !!! off missing out on her kids growing up just so the OR can take it all in a IPA, if they didnt take 100% of any excess then maybe theres an incentive to work above whats required.

Take it like a man my !!!!, did you take on a second job to help pay your loving creditors back their pound of flesh?? im sure.

Thanks for been a patronising cvnt!

Who said about taking a second job, you are trying to maximise your outgoings and you said your ex would reduce her hours. No one mentioned a second job.

Actually for your info , I was ill with a brain tumour when I went br and I am still not working. My wife who went br with me was doing two jobs at the time. The IPA she got of £400 was just under what she earned from her second job. So she was doing that job to pay the OR, but with the experience gained, she managed to get a better job,, the salary was the same as both jobs and she gave the second one up. Although paying an IPA, with less than 6 payments to go it worked out well.

She could have given the second job up and not paid, but as I was too ill to work we saw it as we were paying something back.If I could have worked I would have, paying an IPA is a small gesture for having that millstone around your neck.
Others may disagree and question why should they pay, that's right why should you , you have only had 10's of thousands of debt taken from you. It wasn't my fault, not my debt. Obviously you have no guilt.

Being serious now, I think £70 a month holiday is too high, maybe £50.
Also you probably be allowed your mobile.

Can I ask, how come you are both claiming car insurance of £80. What sort of car have you got?

Not the banks fault, you should have taken the matter up with your employer, and claimed compensation from them.

My ex only has a small dihatsu siron 1.3 auto, 2 years drving experiance, no points no claims, after her first year with 2 years NCB, (she gained one while learning) the price went up from 56 to 70 (its actually 70 I typed it wrong) same with mine went up 20% at renewal in jan, I have full NCB and 3 points from 2006 so no reason for the increase other than companies putting up there prices, I do drive a 2.2 C-class merc though

As for the banks, not there fault maybee, but proffiting from someones missfortune, it dosnt cost £35 to bounce a DD by a long way, hence the reason they dont charge anymore for bounced DD's they carnt justify it, and we all know if it wasnt for the mess the banks are already in people would be getting the refunds they desreve, but thats another story.
