Harveys broken sofa

We bought two paloma sofas from Harveys last year. One broke beginning of the year and someone came out to repair it. Now the other has broken!
I'm now thinking that these sofas are rubbish and will need replacing sooner than anticipated. Husband said when they repaired the last one the sofa is just basically glued together!
Where do I stand on getting a refund for them as they are basically rubbish.
