overcharged by £500 by supplier

Hi all, just want to know where I stand on this one. I am currently renting a serviced apartment on a temporary basis, and the supplier has overcharged me on the first 4 weeks by £500,(its a company providing it, not a private landlord) I paid by credit card and have email evidence of the price quoted, I was asked for this by one of their emloyees, I sent it to them and they replied they would send it to their accounts department. They seem to pass the buck all the time, and I always have to ask for thier names. I think they all work in the same office but its always the accounts dept, the reservation dept etc etc. My understanding is its a family run business. Basically im getting the impression they have my money now and dont really care, are they breaking any laws? or could this be fraud? They have stopped responding to my emails now, last I heard from them was Tuesday (5days ago) Any advice would be great thanks
