Is it removable via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista/Win7)?
If not, save this file to your desktop:
http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/hijackthis/beta/HijackThis.exe
Then hold LEFT SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK on it, select Run as Administrator or Run As (current user) and untick 'protect me'. Do a SCAN, save a log, don't fix anything, and copy/paste the log that comes up in notepad to here. I'll take a look and suggest the relevant bits to tick.0 -
Can be removed with Malwarebytes AntiMalware or Hitman Pro.0

Is this how Windows 7 64 bit is reported? Windows 7 (WinNT 6.00.3504) Perhaps an anomaly with HijackThis?0
-
That's a lot of toolbars! No wonder your computer is rebelling. Not to worry, it can be sorted.
The following may look like a lot, but it won't take so long.
If you reload Hijackthis, making sure again that you run it as administrator, then TICK and then select FIX for all the following:
Bearshare:
O2 - BHO: UrlHelper Class - {74322BF9-DF26-493f-B0DA-6D2FC5E6429E} - C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\IEBHO.dll
O2 - BHO: MediaBar - {c2d64ff7-0ab8-4263-89c9-ea3b0f8f050c} - C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\ToolBar\bsd txmltbpi.dll
O3 - Toolbar: MediaBar - {c2d64ff7-0ab8-4263-89c9-ea3b0f8f050c} - C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\ToolBar\bsd txmltbpi.dll
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\datamngr.dl l C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\IEBHO.dll
ALOT adware toolbar:
O2 - BHO: ALOT Toolbar Helper - {14CEEAFF-96DD-4101-AE37-D5ECDC23C3F6} - C:\Program Files (x86)\alot\bin\BHO\alotBHO.dll
O3 - Toolbar: ALOT Toolbar - {5AA2BA46-9913-4dc7-9620-69AB0FA17AE7} - C:\Program Files (x86)\alot\bin\alot.dll
leftover from Yahoo companion:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
imesh Peer-to-peer file sharing, I'd remove:
O2 - BHO: UrlHelper Class - {474597C5-AB09-49d6-A4D5-2E8D7341384E} - C:\Program Files (x86)\iMesh Applications\MediaBar\DataMngr\IEBHO.dll (file missing)
Conduit (often part of adware/spyware toolbars, but sometimes needed for legitimate toolbars - I'd remove).
O2 - BHO: Conduit Engine - {30F9B915-B755-4826-820B-08FBA6BD249D} - C:\Program Files (x86)\ConduitEngine\prxConduitEngine.dll

Other conduit toolbars, dodgy IMO - I'd remove them for performance, security, and stability
O2 - BHO: FreeSoundRecorder - {32b29df0-2237-4370-9a29-37cebb730e9b} - C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeSoundRecorder\prxtbFree.dll

Can also TICK and FIX these to save some resources on bootup:

After you've done this, I'd suggest you run Temp File Cleaner and then reboot the computer, and re-run Hijackthis and post a new log if you want me to see how you've gone. Also anything I left out of the first go will be easier to spot

Might be an idea for security to uninstall Java completely, unless a program you have on there definitely needs it.
I would also do a QUICK scan with Malwarebytes as Stilltheone suggested, and post the log if you don't mind:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php
Stuff for later:
There is a new service pack for Windows 7, so after all this it would be a good idea to run Windows Update and manually select it.
Free antivirus programs like Avast, Avira, or Microsoft Security Essentials are more effective and lighter on the system than McAfee. You might consider uninstalling McAfee and installing one of those. If you do choose to do this, then you can uninstall McAfee, then followup with the McAfee Removal Tool, then run Appremover, then lastly install the new antivirus:
http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
http://www.appremover.com/ (run it and press next, then choose the 'Check for failed uninstall' option)
You might consider uninstalling Rapport. It's bit of a system hog, and assumes that the system is infected for it to be any good. Still, it does actually do some of what it says on the box but there isn't a lot of published independent testing on it - although I recently cleaned a computer with a keylogger that Rapport had no idea about. I suspect Rapport was compromised by the rootkit on that PC. You can uninstall Rapport by following these two links if you choose to:
