Won ebay dispute-neg. feedback received

Hello
I wonder if anyone can help me.
I recently sold a pushchair travel system on ebay for £30. The buyer came to my house to collect it and paid cash which is what I requested. I invited the lady into the house and spent time showing her exactly how it all worked etc.
The next day I received a message saying that the pushchair was not fit for purpose as it smelt of stale milk and that she wanted a refund and would then dispose of it !
Even though I know for a fact that it did not smell, I said that I would happily give her a refund on return of the pushchair. She then replied that she lived an hour away and asked if I would meet her halfway (obviously at my expense). I replied that I was unable to do this and re-confirmed that I would happily refund on return of the goods.
She then opened an Ebay dispute, which I have won because she collected the item in person and the goods are sold as seen.
She has now given negative feedback which I think is unfair as I do believe she was trying it on.
Please let me know what you would do in my position.
Thank you in advance.

She probably didn't win the case on the basis as sold as seen, she would have won it on the basis that she refused to return the item.
Unfortunately unless she mentions the dispute in the negative then ebay are unlikely to remove itI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Follow it up with a factual response along the lines of
goods seen before bought offered full refund but buyer refused0 -
Ask her to remove it or you'll sue her. If she doesn't remove it, and you think she has treated you unfairly, sue her.0

You may want to gives us example of UK sellers suing and winning in these circumstances?0 -
Well, there are a couple of things they could be sued for. But, in the words of Cheryl Cole, layf's too short.0

I'd wonder whether the buggy started to smell when it was got home and maybe warmed up in the sun or something. Sometimes smells don't develop until after the fact (the way smell works, it's vapour rising off an object, so it stands to reason that warming something up will produce the smell of something lingering). However, if the neg has been left in anger, then the buyer will probably look much more stupid than the seller will."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
