I don't know how long john Lewis take to deliver but the delivery charge for a dishwasher over £100 was £0.00.

Thanks. I did read your previous post but it said you "Managed to get john lewis to confirm" there was no charge for delivery so i thought maybe Free delivery was not the Norm. thanks again. Not sure where where to post this but i have a code for free delivery from currys its PRFREEDEL. not too sure whether its for any delivery or just over a certain amount.apologies if not posted in correct place.

Thanks for the suggestions. Donaghys was bunged with people but they had loads of staff available who evidently knew what they were talking about when discussing the products.

I'll second the vote of confidence in Donaghys.
Pretty much most electricals ive bought in the last 10 years have come from them (apart from a TV about 5 years ago - which for some reason was cheaper in laser), I'd hate to count up what ive spent with them but they are really very knowledgeable about their products and their pricing is great too.

I usually deal with Finbar, but almost all the staff seem as knowledgeable.

Last purchase was a LG american fridge (18 months ago) which was better than most online prices and all other local prices.
I used to have a signature with links to the League Tables for good/bad shipping charges for Northern Ireland. But I have since learnt that this is against site rules - so they are no longer here! PM me if you need them
