Hi
I have just installed a HP CN245B printer wirelessly.
The printer has connected to the router OK and I have installed the s/w on a laptop with Windows 7. The laptop sees the printer, but if I try and print I get an error message every time.
I have gone through the same procedure on a Laptop with Vista and all is working fine.
Is there some setting on Windows 7 that would stop me printing from it?
Could it be a firewall setting? The Windows 7 laptop uses McAfree rather than Norton (on the Vista laptop)
I have looked at the latest drivers on the HP website and they are all installed.
The strange thing is that I tried restarting the laptop and the printer printed a Windows test page. However I can't pirnt the HP test page?
Thanks in advance
