Notice to Owner? You mean like what council's send out under statute?

I fail to see the difference between this and sending out invoices headed 'Notice of Intended Prosecution'.

Yeah, in the top-right of the letter in bold, red font it reads 'NOTICE TO OWNER' then underneath in smaller regular red font it reads 'OF INTENT TO ISSUE COURT PROCEEDINGS'. While in the top-left corner there's the VCS logo. £120 demanded, shocking.

There's no way that I'm going to reply to these scam merchants, only wait for them to give up.

I have ongoing issues with some of the crooks. My favourite trick is to let them know I am not paying.

When you receive a letter from a familiar address (eg. Borehamwood, Herts for CP Plus, Highview, etc.), just write in marker pen on the envelope "REJECTED AS SCAM - RETURN TO SENDER" and the prats will be scratching their heads not knowing what to do when their target is not even opening the mail.
