From the plans it appears to have a flying freehold and I think it's overpriced. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Personally I don't like the pics the agent has chosen especially the one of the front of the house. I've taken more (without cushions, yellow grass, washing up gloves etc lol), and written up a new ad.
Ask yourself this; if you were looking for a property, where would you look? There's no advantage to putting a property on 147 websites, if they're low-traffic websites that nobody looks at. It's on RM, Zoopla and (how did it get on Your Move when it's not listed with....) Your Move; that's three fairly busy sites, I'd suggest.
When you parents do accept an offer on their property, how will the agent ensure that it's removed from the market on all the websites that you publish it on. How will it be marked 'Under Offer' or 'Sold subject to Contract' ? Will you change its status? Will the agent?
Was it the agents fault that the owners left the plastic draining tray, washing-up gloves lying around? I don't think so.0 -

Would you look there first if you were searching for a new home, or would they be your 'give 'em a try and see what's there' once you'd exhausted other avenues?0 -
