Looking for a Private Couple Holiday?

My partner and I have got a week off in July and looking for a beach holiday.
We was thinking of possibly hiring a private villa with pool but dont have a clue where to start looking for holidays like that.
Ideally we would like a whole package (flights, accommodation etc).
The main aim of the holiday is to spend some time together in the sun while being in minimum seclusion.
Any recommendation on websites, packages seen or which companies to call please?

We hired a private villa through tuscanynow.com. It wasn't cheap, but it gave us a secluded villa with private pool. Easy to book flights with the cheap airlines yourself.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Villas tend to be a drive from resorts and a car is required, not sure if your budget is big enough for July.
