    Thank you for placing your order with Gifted.com. Order number xxxxxxxx

    We are sorry to inform you that due to a technical issues with the pricing on this offer on site we were unable to honour the price and will have to Cancel your order.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and to say sorry please find a Voucher code for 10% off your next Gift or Toy purchase.

    Before I respond, did anyone receive the market place or the bus?

    Shouldn't have to chase the company for an explanation but at least I got a fairly prompt reply this way. Still have little faith in Gifted and will be keeping a close eye on my accounts to make sure I'm not charged for these unfulfilled orders.

    If anyone else wants to complain in this way, I sent a message via my Order History, look at Previous Orders table, click on purple View button, then click on Query link which provides a list of options (I chose "Where's My order" and clicked on the last option "Not found the answer you're looking for?") and then you are provided with a message text box.

    Sorry to everyone who has been let down and disappointed by Gifted. I don't think I'll be posting any more of their deals!

    THe market place and the bus were the two things missing from my order. I've had the same generic email, and will be checking to make sure I haven't been charged, especially for the 'free' gift!

    And I don't imagine anyone will be using the 10% off code.

    I'm really sorry to let you know I am having to cancel your order for 'Lego Duplo Market Place' This is because our suppliers are unable to provide it.

    We've tried other suppliers but we haven't had any luck. We'll soon be taking the item off the Gifted.co.uk website

    Don't worry we haven't charged you for this order.

    So which is it? Out of stock or a mis-price? I hate getting fobbed off.
