mines been cancelled too, and paypal payment is shown as "pending"

not impressed that we didnt receive an email advising the orders had been cancelled, i had ordered for a birthday present so would have been sitting here waiting for it to turn up, best go and find something else now!

I forgot I'd paid by Paypal and yes, my payment is showing as pending as well.

Both the bus and the market showed as "Stock will be despatched to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier", but in My Account there's no sign of the order at all, cancelled or not, just 'you have no orders', so I've emailed them to ask too.

My order is now showing in My Account, with cancelled Duplo, AND I have apparently been charged for the tacky 'free gift'.

I have just sent another email. Unbelievably bad service.
