Hi. I have a Mira shower mixer which was attached to a hand held telephone shower. Today I removed the telephone shower, turned the same mixer upside down, and connected it to the high rise rigid pipe with fixed 9" shower head. I didn't use the mixer that came with this new shower, as I didn't want to disturb the fittings. However, I'm only getting hot water, and not a drop of cold water! What has happened.......please advise. Thanks, Harris0

If its a thermostatic mixer you may have the hot valve on the cold, therefore its continuously trying to cool down the mixed water by adding cold & shutting off hot but you have the supplies in reverse. Hence hot only.Today I removed the telephone shower, turned the same mixer upside downNot Again0
